USB power schematic

Uses a tiny USB wall-wart to switch on larger 12V supply to 7C80 and Rpi. A 10ms switch pulse will keep the MOSFETs conducting for at least 5 seconds. allowing the 7C80 to power up the Rpi, at which point its serial pin 8 goes high, keeping power latched on.
