Edit mode message for non saved Non locked macro file

I am seeing the Macros disabled Macros in this document are disabled due to the Macro Security settings. message even for the file which has a macro but is not saved yet the original file which is also opened along with this has the password protection for edit to which I havent entered the password yet but what I am understanding is that the message Macros disabled should be only shown to the file which is password protected for edit mode? The Edit Mode in Edit menu drop down is working well which is it is only enabled for the actual file which is password protected for edit. so is this a bug? As I then selected the Show Macros button in this message popup and it opened the UI Basic Macro Organizer in which I can see that I can not edit the macro of this locked writer file which is the This Document is intended for something stupid like really stupid and lets say it is just saving.odt (read-only) but I can edit the Untitled 1 macro which is correct but the message Macros Disabled is not correct to this unsaved calc file with a macro. Ideally the file which is non editable should only be the one which show this Macros Disabled message not the other file(s) which are editable?
